Who we are
This site is published by Systomap, a technology services company based in Morocco. For any question about your data, write to contact@systomap.ma or call +212 668 653 373.
What we collect
We collect only what we need in order to reply to you.
- Contact form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you provide it, and the content of your message.
- Server logs: IP address, date and time, pages visited, browser used. These are produced automatically by the hosting provider and serve the operation and security of the site.
- Audience measurement: where visit statistics are enabled, they cover aggregated data and are not used to identify you individually.
We do not sell any data, we do not rent any, and we do not build a prospecting list out of the messages we receive.
What we do with it
Information from the form is used solely to handle your request: replying to you, preparing a proposal, following up on the exchange. We do not use it for anything else without your agreement.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted. If your enquiry leads to a contract, the data needed to perform it is kept for the statutory period applicable to commercial and accounting records.
Where your data is hosted
The site is hosted in France, with a European provider. Your data is therefore transferred outside Morocco. Law 09-08 governs this kind of transfer: it is made to a country offering an adequate level of protection, and our host is contractually bound not to access or exploit the content we entrust to it.
Who has access
Only the people at Systomap handling your request. Our technical providers — hosting, email — have access limited to what their function requires, with no right of use.
Cookies
The site sets only cookies strictly necessary to its operation: remembering the language you chose, and the administration session. No advertising or behavioural tracking cookies are used. You can refuse or delete them from your browser settings; the site language will then revert to its default on each visit.
Security
Exchanges with the site are encrypted over HTTPS. Administration access is personal and protected. We apply security updates to the content management system and its extensions, and keep regular backups.
Your rights
Law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data grants you rights of access, rectification and objection concerning information about you.
To exercise them, write to contact@systomap.ma setting out your request. We reply within thirty days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the Commission nationale de contrôle de la protection des données à caractère personnel (CNDP).
